We do make every effort for all information, especially patterns, to be accurate at all times.  However, if you find an error, please let us know.  It is often very difficult to pin point one's own mistakes and we would rather know and fix any problems than repeat the error.  We won't be offended by any of your comments!

Also, we try to keep high stocks of all listed products but like all stores, we sometimes run out.  We will always let you know if something is on back order and try to give an approximate date for delivery.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Thicket your money will be refunded in full upon return of the item/s.
